Dragon Pharma Aromasin

Aromasin is an aromatase inhibitor drug. It interferes with aromatase, which is needed to make female sex hormones called estrogens, especially in postmenopausal women. By reducing estrogen levels in the body, it helps treat hormone dependent breast cancer.

Dragon Pharma Aromasin treats breast cancer in women who no longer have their menstrual periods, either naturally or through surgery. It reduces the risk of spreading or recurrence of the cancer. Physicians may also prescribe Aromasin if other drugs have not worked or if the cancer has recurred.

Aromasin inhibits the aromatase enzyme that converts androgen to estrogen. Estrogen is mostly derived from androgen in postmenopausal women. The medication reduces estrogen circulation, which can help decrease the spread of estrogen-sensitive breast cancer.

Before taking Aromasin, it is important to note that it should not be taken if you are a child, still having your monthly period, or have a history of hypersensitivity to Exemestane or other components in the medication. Additionally, if you are pregnant or nursing, have kidney disease, allergies to certain substances, a bone disorder, or liver problems, you should inform your doctor.

Take 25 mg Aromasin daily. Keep taking it until you notice progress in the tumor development. It is unclear if chronic dosing is safe for patients with kidney and liver disease.

Take Aromasin 25 every day after eating food. The tablet comes in 25 mg for oral administration. Only stop taking it if your doctor tells you to, even if you feel better. Ask your doctor for guidance on the duration of treatment with Aromasin.

If you take too much Aromasin 25, contact your doctor or healthcare center right away. Don't take an extra dose to make up for a missed one. If you forget to take Aromasin, take it when you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, don't take the missed one. Just take the next dose as scheduled.

25 Aromasin typically causes mild to moderate side effects. The most common ones are fatigue, hot flushes, and joint pain. Other possible side effects include dyspepsia, constipation, abdominal pain, increased blood bilrubin, anorexia, and vomiting.

Dragon Pharma Aromasin is recommended to be taken after a meal at a consistent time daily. If drowsiness occurs while taking Aromasin, it is advised to avoid driving or operating machinery. Prior to starting Aromasin therapy, your doctor may conduct blood tests to confirm menopausal status.
